A Few Things to Know ♡
Because all items are handmade, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Colors may also appear slightly different in person depending on your screen settings and lighting.


Every pair is carefully handcrafted, packaged, and shipped by me with lots of love and attention to detail!


Returns & Order Issues

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of earrings, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, your happiness truly matters to me. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will always do my best to help resolve it.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item(s)
I carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely, but I understand that shipping issues can occasionally happen.


Custom Orders

I absolutely love bringing custom ideas to life! 
If you are interested in a custom order, please send me a message through the Contact page with details such as:

• colors
• themes
• styles
• shapes
• inspiration photos
Once we finalize the design, I will send over a custom listing for purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for custom orders to be completed depending on complexity and current workload.


Shipping Information

Orders are shipped through USPS using either:
• Ground Advantage
• Priority Mail
Shipping Rates:
• Ground Advantage — $5 flat rate
• Priority Mail — $8 flat rate
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep ♡
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Important Shipping Notes

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Iron Valkyrie Handmade is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of my control once the package has been shipped.
