Returns & Exchanges
- I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
- However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order & I will do everything I can to help!
Custom Orders
- Please message me via the contact me page with details for your custom order. This can include size, shape, style, color, etc.
- Once a design is agreed upon, I will send you a quote along with a custom order link to pay for your order online.
- Payment is required before I begin making your order!
Please allow up to 10 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays) to complete your Custom Order. Thank you for your patience ♡
* Made To Order Items *
- Items that have *Made To Order* in the description can take up to 7 business days to complete (this does not include shipping time) - but I do try to get your order out as soon as possible!
- Please keep this in mind if you need your items by a specfic date.
Shipping Info (Canada Included)
- United States Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (up to $100 insurance included).
- Standard Shipping is $5.00 flat rate within the United States (other options available) and $15.00 for orders shipped to Canada (other shipping options available).
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days (ready to ship items only)
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 days after your order has been shipped within the lower 48 United States but please note that during the holidays this time may increase!
- If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping can take up to 26 days via USPS Ground Advantage.
- If you are ordering from Canada, delivery can take up 1-4+ weeks via USPS First Class Package International (no insurance included).
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs - thank you for understanding!
- Free local pick-up in Soddy Daisy/Hixson, Tennessee. If you would like to pick up, please use the code "PICKUP" for FREE shipping at checkout (this is only for pick up in Soddy Daisy or Hixson Tennessee)
- Free shipping over $40 is for customers within the UNITED STATES ONLY. Use code "FREESHIP40" at checkout!
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package (Yipee! 🎉)
- Before tracking, please allow 1-2 business days for the courier website to update the tracking number into their system
- If you have trouble finding your tracking email, please check your junk folder!
- Please double check that you have entered your shipping address correctly. I am not responsible for your package being delivered to the incorrect address if the address was not entered correctly at checkout. Thanks ♡
PAYMENT
- General
- What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. I am not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
1. Check your debit/credit card details to make sure the information is correct. Double check your expiration date and billing address!
2. Make sure you entered the security code correctly - that is the three digit number on the back of your card.
If you have tried all these and are still having problems, please contact me and let me know as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and I will try to resolve it as soon as I can.
- Can I amend/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, as I aim to have your order processed as soon as possible, I am unable to cancel your order after payment has been made. Please thoroughly check every detail provided before making payment!
